Integrative counselling aims to promote healing and facilitate wholeness to maximise the individual’s mental, physical and emotional health. Starting counselling and choosing which route is best for you can sometimes be the hardest part; a commitment to self-exploration and an openness to identifying the factors in your life which are causing problems will produce the right journey for you in a natural, organic way.
I offer therapy for individuals in my private practice in Tunbridge Wells. I also offer Walking therapy – a walking counselling session. With beautiful countryside on our doorstep providing a dramatic and breath-taking backdrop, walking and talking is proven to help clients reduce blood pressure, reduce risk of diabetes, improve strategic thinking, enhance creativity, reduce anxiety, alleviate stress, improve anger issues and reduce levels of depression.
I also offer online sessions if required.
I am available for weekday, evening and Saturday morning appointments.
